Can you help after a hospital or rehabilitation stay?+

Yes. Depending on individual needs and caregiver availability, we can provide non-medical assistance with personal care, meals, housekeeping, companionship, and daily routines following a hospital or rehabilitation stay.

Do you provide skilled nursing or medical home health?+

No. OCD Care Group provides non-medical home care. We do not provide skilled nursing or medical home health services.

How do I start services?+

Can a provider or discharge planner refer someone?+

Yes. Families, providers, discharge planners, and community partners may submit a referral through our Referral Form or contact referrals@ocdcaregroup.com.

Do you offer recurring and short-term care?+

Yes. Recurring and short-term care may be available based on the client’s needs and caregiver availability.

How are your caregivers screened and prepared?+

Our caregiver preparation process includes background screening, tuberculosis (TB) screening or testing, orientation, and training appropriate to assigned duties. We also require CPR and First Aid certification and provide ongoing guidance to support dependable care.
